Demolition and site work for a warehouse / distribution facility in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to provide for the full demolition and removal of the fire cache building, the concrete stem walls, footings, and 3 wood decks with stairs. The contractor shall also import soil and backfill and compact the remaining voids. The building is a wood stud wall building constructed on an 8" thick concrete stem wall which rises 2'-6" above grade. It is assumed the stem wall continues 2' below grade to a footing, assume 8" thick x 16" wide. Period of Performance: 10/01/2023 to 12/01/2023 questions should be submitted by 9/20/2023 12:00 PST, no bonding is required.
