Drainage District 12 (BUYER) intends to purchase up to seven (7) complete standby generator and automatic transfer switch equipment packages as specified in the Contract Documents. Installation of the equipment will be part of a general construction contract and will be bid separately. Addenda information, if any, will be forwarded by Gaylon Pinc to all bidders who requested bidding documents. The Tulsa County Drainage District 12 (Contracting Agency) will not provide paper copies of the Project bid documents for this project for bidding purposes. All bid proposals must be submitted on the regular bid form furnished within the specifications, and each must be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bonds for the faithful performance of the work, as prescribed in the Contract Documents. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof. The Tulsa County Drainage District 12 reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities, or to accept the Bid which appears to serve the best interests of Drainage District 12. A contract will be awarded, or all bids will be rejected, within 60 days of the bid opening. The last day to request bidding documents and to submit questions is 14 calendar days prior to the due date. All documents received in response to this invitation to bid will become a matter of public record and subject to the Oklahoma public disclosure act under 51 O.S. 24A.1 through 24A.18.
