Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Banff, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 250-unit multi-residential development.
Plans call for a new 250-unit, below market/affordable housing development at the Tatanga Ridge Benchlands site, at the north end of Banff Ave. The parcel of land is approx. 23,500 m2 in size. Scope of work may include row housing, stacked row, apartment, and/or duplex housing. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual. Preliminary concept designs for roadway access and utility servicing for the proposed development are by Wedler Engineering. Scope of work and timelines for the housing development are yet to be determined. Further update may be available in 2026. *Development is subject to Land Use Bylaw amendments, CMHC funding support, as well as agreements with a private builder/developer in the future. *Cost is undefined.
