Plans call for a new 250-unit, below market/affordable housing development at the Tatanga Ridge Benchlands site, at the north end of Banff Ave. The parcel of land is approx. 23,500 m2 in size. Scope of work may include row housing, stacked row, apartment, and/or duplex housing. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from consultants for engineering design has been awarded. The awarded proponent is to develop preliminary concept designs roadway access and utility servicing for the proposed development. Further update may be available spring 2024. *Development is subject to Land Use Bylaw amendments, CMHC funding support, as well as agreements with a private builder/developer in the future. *Cost is undefined.
