The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the following: 1. Demo (3) existing cooling towers and (2) condenser water pumps. 2. Install (2) new cooling tower, (2) condensate water pumps with VFDs, and new water treatment system. 3. Install new piping as noted on plans. 4. Modify existing concrete pad to accommodate larger cooling towers. 5. New structural supports for new cooling towers. 6. New pad for new condenser water pumps. 7.
