The bidder is required to furnish a bid guarantee in the form of a firm commitment, e.g., a Bid Bond supported by good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City, postal money order, certified check, or cashier's check. The deadline to submit questions is Tuesday, October 10, 2023, prior to 5:30 p.m. Answers will be published online by the City in the form of an Addendum.
