Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The bidder is required to furnish a bid guarantee in the form of a firm commitment, e.g., a Bid Bond supported by good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City, postal money order, certified check, or cashier's check. The amount of the bid surety is 5% percent of the bid price. Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted via email to Ken Allaire, Purchasing Agent, at ken.allaire@woonsocketri.org. The deadline to submit questions is Tuesday, October 10, 2023, prior to 5:30 p.m. Answers will be published online by the City in the form of an Addendum. Any questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. Do not contact any other City employee or official regarding this solicitation.
