Roof Replacement at LaPierre East 667-1 and Sunset Tower 6672 (RE-BID) Estimated Cost :$2,720,026 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Minor exterior renovations to accessible parking and interior renovations to accessible toilet rooms. 2. Stripping all existing roofing down to the roof deck and installing a new roofing system as specified herein. 3. Repair and replacement of roof related flashings as detailed and specified. 4. Installing new steel supports from the buildings bearing walls up through the roof, for future HVAC dunnage and equipment and installing new steel wall ties before reroofing, new steel wall ties and new steel pipe guard rails. 5. Repairs to the existing lightning protection system. 6. Replacement of rooftop HVAC equipment with new, including ductwork, curbs and related accessories and the replacement of the air conditioning unit service the Community Room. 7. Electrical work associated with HVAC work. 8. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done.
