Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment, and materials required to make improvements to the existing space the front door of the library (Entry Plaza) and to create a garden (Sensory Garden) in a currently undeveloped space adjacent to the library. The improvements to the Entry Plaza include the removal of existing pavement, installation of a rain garden, plant materials, relocation of existing lighting, and various site amenities. The construction of the Sensory Garden includes grading, storm drainage system, walls/columns, fencing/gates, walks and various surface pavement materials, plant materials, fountains w utility connections (water / electrical), lighting, and other site amenities.
