Boiler Replacement at Ayer Wastewater Treatment Plant The Ayer Department of Public Works (DPW), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Massachusetts Licensed HVAC contractors to install two (2) new oil-fired hydronic boiler units in the Ayer Wastewater Treatment Plant for the Ayer DPW in Ayer, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Ayer DPW.
