Site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in San Carlos, California. Working plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
Construct a total of 147 bus charging stations: 37 stations as part of the Project Construction Phase 1 and the remaining 110 stations as part of Construction Phase 2. The Pre-construction Services will include design of the entire 147 charging stations. The current construction cost estimate is between $15 to $17 million for Phase 1. The District, subject to Board of Directors' Approval, intends to award a Contract with the Successful Proposer for an eight-month term for the Pre-construction Services, with an 18-month term option for the Construction Phase 1.
