The Nackawic-Millville Rural Community is soliciting tenders on Leveling & Paving of Campbell Settlement Rd. and Milling & Paving of McLaren Lane. The following is a list of streets and measurements being considered for this tender. The Campbell Settlement Rd. is first priority to be completed this year and McLaren Lane is a second priority, if time and cost permits. To view and properly tender on the following scope of work, a mandatory site visit will be required between the Director of Public Works and a representative from any interested paving companies. Question Deadline 09/27/2023 Any questions concerning this tender are to be submitted in writing to the Office. A Security Deposit shall be included with tender in the form of a certified check or bid bonds in the amount of $5,000.00 from a Canadian Chartered Bank, Credit Union or Trust Company and made payable to Nackawic-Millville Rural Community. It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify the measurements prior to bidding. All locations will be awarded to the same bidder, please offer your price to do all the work.
