Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,564-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
*As of March 28, 2024, project was awarded to LM Armstrong Construction, awarded amount is $3,757,588.62 Project No: 22-3432.03 This project will be a new pre-manufactured Metal Frame Building with CMU-insulated cavity exterior walls. Scope of Work: Scope of work consists of the construction of A lighted approximate 13,500 SY driving skills pad with an approximate 7,700 sf covered trailer parking structure and drafting pit, and an approximate 5,564 sf open-concept masonry enclosed pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) that will be used as a simunition shoot house.
