Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wetumpka, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project will include: Installation of 213 L.F. of 42"Reinforced Concrete Pipe, 48L.F. of 18" Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Three (3) Storm Drainage Structures, Replacement of Asphalt and Curb & Gutter, Temporary Traffic Control and Best Management Practices The successful bidder will be allowed 60 days to complete this project. Certified check or Bid Bond for5% of bid (maximum-$10,000)made payable to the City of Wetumpka must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith. The Contract documents consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information to Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond Agreement, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
