Broadway Lake Orion MI 48362, formerly Lake Orion Lumberyard. This survey should be completed within 30 days of award of contract. The pre-demolition hazardous materials survey is requested in order to identify hazardous materials that require special handling procedures or removal activities prior to demolition.
