Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) Study for a replacement municipal supply well (Well F2R) and an associated replacement well house. The Township understands that this scope is a 'Schedule B' MCEA Study, given that the Township intends to increase the rated pumping capacity of the replacement well; however, this assumption is to be reviewed and confirmed by the consultant. The MCEA Study will satisfy the following major objectives: Review and confirm the MCEA Study requirements, and establish the appropriate study schedule and deliverables; Develop and execute a comprehensive Consultation Plan to engage and consult with all project Stakeholders, including Members of the Public, Review Agencies, and Indigenous Communities; Carry out required studies to establish site conditions and evaluate alternatives; Identify preferred alternatives for: 1) mitigation and monitoring requirements associated with Well F2R pumping, 2) a well facility layout, and 3) connection to the existing water distribution network; Prepare a conceptual design for the well facility and connection to the existing water distribution system; and, Prepare high-level cost estimates and an implementation plan for commissioning Well F2R, constructing the well facility, and connecting to the water distribution system.
