Site work for a civil project in Pearland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will entail the rehabilitation and recoating of the two (2); 1,000,000 gallon elevated storage tanks and all above ground piping and equipment at the City of Pearland's Cullen and Southeast Water Plant. Along with the 500,000 ground storage tank the Magnolia Water Plant. The interior and exterior protective coatings will be replaced and miscellaneous repairs will be made to the tanks. Bid Security in the form of Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Pearland in the amount of 5% of the total base bid price must accompany each proposal. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds as required of the Texas Government Code or other applicable law, as amended, upon the form included in the Contract Documents, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
