Floyd County Fiscal Court in cooperation with the Natural Resources Conservation Service is accepting bids for an Emergency Watershed Protection Stabilization and Debris Removal Project at the following location. Wilson Creek Road CR-1289 and Big Fork of Wilson Creek Road CR-1290 Bid will be for the construction of a grouted railroad rail piling wall and debris removal and disposal and traffic control. Seeding and mulching of all disturbed area. All stone, geotextile and seed and straw will be provided by Floyd County Fiscal Court. Each individual is required to be in a separate envelope with the road and job name clearly stated on the outside of the envelope. Successful bidders must have all utilities located by KY 811.
