Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Somerville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Fayette County Sheriff s Office is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified providers and installers of metal building structures. The Sheriff s Office requires a qualified provider to install (1) 30 x 36 metal building which will be attached to a pre-poured concrete slab foundation (not part of this bid) at the Fayette County Criminal Justice Complex. Fayette County reserves the right to reject or accept any and all proposals, to waive any informality in proposals received, or reject any item or any proposal. The successful bidding business entity is expected to provide the following services: o Provide and construct (1) 30' x 36' metal structure to be flush mounted to a pre-poured concrete slab foundation (not part of this bid). o 13' leg height, both sides enclosed, pebble beige sides, ends & trim / evergreen roof o Provide and install 36" x 80" walk-in door. o Provide and install 12' x 12' roll-up door o Provide and install (2) windows 24"w x 36"h o Provide and install 2" insulation
