Contract 1: (2) 2023 Ford F-150 Police Responders or equivalent Contract 2: (2) 2023 Ford Police Interceptors or equivalent Contract 3: Metal Roof Replacement at Motor Pool Garage Contract 4: Buyer of scrap metals (re-bid) Proposal packages are on file at the Jackson Township Purchasing Department, 95 W. Veterans Hwy. Jackson NJ 08527. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided in the manner designated and required in the specifications, enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Township Clerk, Attn: Purchasing Agent, Township of Jackson, 95 W. Veterans Hwy., Jackson, NJ 08527 and plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the purpose for which the bid is being submitted. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N. J. S. A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submissions by corporations and partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.
