Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority ("BPCA") requests proposals (each individually a "Proposal" and collectively the "Proposals") from irrigation and plumbing specialists (individually a "Proposer" and collectively the "Proposers") to provide BPCA with Irrigation Pump Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services. Irrigation Pump Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services shall include, but not be limited to: preventative, routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance services to the irrigation booster pumps, motors, and all booster pump components throughout Battery Park City. A detailed scope of work for which the selected Proposer will be responsible can be found in Exhibit A of the Request for Proposals document. Deadline to submit questions to BPCA: September 26, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. (by email only) All questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing via email to the "Designated Contact": Emily Birdseye, Deputy Chief Contracting Officer Battery Park City Authority, at emily.birdseye@bpca.ny.gov.
