As of January 5, 2024, this project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded contractor and a timeline for construction have not been confirmed. The City of Pittsburgh, Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure, is soliciting bids for the construction of a soldier beam and lagging wall in Riverview Park to remediate a landslide. The location of the slide is designated as Slide S6 on the Riverview Park Map found under the. Question Submission Deadline: October 12, 2023, 3:00pm Period of Contract: One-Time Project. Guarantees should be in the form of a surety bond, certified check, cashier s check or letter of credit in an exact dollar amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. A performance bond in an exact dollar amount equal to the full amount (100%) of the contract will be required from any awarded vendor. A payment bond in an exact dollar amount equal to the full amount (100%) of the contract will be required from any awarded vendor The City reserves the right to request clarification of any bid before bid award.
