This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Mechanical Work Contractors for Conseil scolaire Viamonde and Conseil scolaire catholique Providence as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school boards: 1. Conseil scolaire Viamonde, 1 Vanier drive, Suite 101 Welland ON L3B 1A1 2. Conseil scolaire catholique Providence, 7515 Forest Glade Drive, Windsor ON N8T 3P5 This competitive procurement process (Process) seeks to solicit prequalification proposals from qualified Mechanical Contractors interested in being placed on the Board's Vendor of Record (VOR) list of contractors for construction projects valued between $100,000 to $1,500,000 within the zones listed in the table below. 1- Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, (CS Viamonde & CSC Providence) 2- Hamilton, Niagara, Waterloo, Wellington (CS Viamonde ONLY) 3- Kawarthas, Simcoe (CS Viamonde ONLY) 4- London-Middlesex, Oxford, Lambton, Bruce-Grey (CS Viamonde & CSC Providence) 5- GTA: Dufferin, Peel, Halton, Toronto, Durham, York, Orangeville, Bowmanville (CS Viamonde ONLY) Only contractors on the Board's VOR list will be invited to bid on the Board's construction projects.
