Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and power facility.
F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company is serving as the Construction Manager Constructor (CMc) for the Procurement and Installation of a new Cooling Tower at the Wade Utility Plant. This RFP is for the installation of deep foundations by a specialty deep foundation contractor. Geotechnical investigations and engineering reviews support the utilization of Auger-Cast Concrete Piles, Drilled Piers, Micro Piles, or Helical Piers. If you are a qualified installer of the aforementioned deep foundations, please contact FA Wilhelm Preconstruction Manager for access to the bid event. Future bid packages will solicit contractors for other site prep, civil, and concrete at a later date.
