Work is to be performed in accordance with plans, Specifications, and addenda prepared by Clotfelter Samokar, PSC (ARCHITECT), Shrout Tate Wilson (M/E ENGINEER), and Brown + Kubican (STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS). This project is funded in part by FEMA Public Assistance Awards related to federally declared disaster DR4663. All contracts and subcontracts for the project must comply with the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards at 2 C.F.R. Part 200, including Federal Prevailing Wages required by the Davis-Bacon Act, and comply with Perry County's requirement for Occupational Tax. Adherence to the wages will be applicable, including weekly submittal of certified payroll reports.
