Renovation of a library in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The work is located at the Brandywine Library, Foulk Road in North Wilmington, Delaware. The County reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive minor irregularities. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (W/MBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age. disability, or sexual orientation in consideration of this award. Sealed bids are invited for the replacement of the Brandywine Library Roof. Including the following in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. - The removal down to deck of the roofing and insulation of two selective water damaged areas. - Install new insulation (match existing thickness) in the removed water damaged areas. - Installing new coverboard and EDPM roofing on the building. - Replacement of existing flashing and installation of flashing in selective new locations
