Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Livingston, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Scope: The contractor shall remove existing pool liner and install new 60-mil liner the same color and size that matches the existing liner. The contractor shall install all pool drains and supply lines. The contractor shall remove termination strips and install new termination strips to match existing The contractor shall remove bullnose strips on the steps and shall install new bull nose strips to match existing The contractor shall install new pool cover and all necessary hardware. The cover is to match the existing cover. Please see Attachments for cover specs. The contractor shall provide filter media replacement in all filters. Each filter consists of 2800 pounds of #20 grade high purity sand and 700 pounds of pea gravel. This project is to be completed by May 10th , 2024. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) Businesses that are a continuing, independent, for-profit business which performs a commercially useful function, and is at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned and controlled. All bids over $100,000 shall include provisions for a payment bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the contract price.
