The work, in general, consists of the proposed Bridge Scour Repair (Project) at Robinson Canyon Road is to address existing scour problems by installing scour protection on the substructure of the Robinson Canyon Road Bridge (Bridge No. 44C- 0017). The proposed scour project on the existing Carmel River Bridge will upgrade the bridge to meet current Caltrans bridge standards. The engineer's estimate for construction costs is $2,500,000. The DBE contract goal is eleven percent (11%). Estimator must hold a valid Class A license, or a combination of Class C-12, C-31, C-32 licenses, at the time of contract delivery. The estimation bond, issued by an admitted corporate guarantee company in an amount equal to at least ten percent of the offer amount, must accompany the offer. The successful estimator will provide a payment bonus and a performance bonus each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract
