Questions Due Date: Sep 18th 2023, 11:30 AM CDT 1) LBP mitigation in Door #3 Stairwell and Vestibule, Room #001, 1st Floor Hallway(near room 100K), 1st Floor Hallway (near room 137), Stair #5 Hallway, 2nd Floor Hallway(by Janitor closet 200A), 2nd Floor Boys Restroom, Room 230, 1st Floor Boys Restroom, Room 112. 2) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 3) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 4) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on a) Section 01 56 11: General Dust, Fume and Odor Control b) Section 02 86 13: Hazardous and Universal Waste Management 5) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 6) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 7) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed 8) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 9) Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 10) All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 11) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 12) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing.
