West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (WVU or University) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed firms to provide a conceptual study for the cosmetic update of its Basketball Practice Facility (BPF) with the intent of performing the installation of the final approved conceptual design. The BPF is located at 3450 Monongahela Blvd, Morgantown, WV 26505. This solicitation is open to those Proposers that satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available and qualified to perform work in the State of West Virginia. West Virginia University reserves the right to extend the Contract for up to one additional one-year period at its sole discretion and the contract is subject to the availability of funds during the term. The proposal process is highly controlled. To protect the integrity of the process, any questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal must be handled through the Department of Procurement, Contracting, & Payment Services.
