The Work of This Contract Includes, but is Not Necessarily Limited to the Following: 1 Roadway Reconstruction of Attison Avenue, Hummel Drive & Parkway Boulevard Consisting of Pavement Reconstruction Including Approximately 9,085 SY Varying Depth Milling; 57 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt Base and 1,210 Tons Surface Course; 210 LF of Concrete Vertical Curb Reconstruction; 479 LF of Concrete Integral Curb Reconstruction; Traffic Striping; and All Work Necessary and Incidental Thereto The payment shall be in a check form and shall be drawn Payable to Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC. Payment will not be refunded and the Contract Documents need not be returned. Each Proposal must be submitted utilizing the forms contained within the Contract Documents. It must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the BIDDER, his address and name of Project(s) for which the Bid is submitted. Materials to be contained within the sealed envelope are specified under Instructions to Bidders. Bid Proposals shall be complete, in ink, and any Bids incomplete or not submitted in a sealed, specially addressed envelope may be considered informal. Each Bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of each Contract Bid, not to exceed $20,000. Surety shall be made payable to: Borough of South Toms River, and shall be without condition or qualification.
