The deadline to ask questions is 10/06/2023 5:00 PM CDT The scope of this project consists of replacing approximately 900 LF of 10" sanitary sewer by pipe bursting and open-cut trenching, including a 60 LF roadway bore. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check, drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of Texas, payable to McLennan County, Texas, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit payment and performance bonds within ten (10) working days after receipt of a Notice of Award. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award a contract or contracts which, in the opinion of McLennan County, Texas, appear to be in its best interest.
