Price is for all types of sod and includes any grading required to create a smooth transition with existing grades. Sod shall be fresh cut and in good condition. Brown or heavily yellowed sod will not be accepted. Sod shall be delivered and installed at various work sites in the City of Brandon as requested. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and to waive informalities. Price shall remain in effect from bid award through September 30, 2024. The City will have the option to renew the bid agreement for three additional years after the initial year of service.
