Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

Scope of work to include but not limited to: Construction of new 21-ft diameter onsite lift station; modification to the headwork structure by demolition of existing force mains, piping, valves, fittings, pipe supports, and concrete wall section, installation of new piping, pipe supports, and handrail; relocate headwork platform walkway section to dechlorination chamber along with new stairs, handrails, and concrete landing; rehabilitation of headwork structure to include but not limited to power washing, abrasive blasting, and recoating headwork interior channel, aboveground and influent piping, valves, and appurtenances; site work to include but not limited demolition of force mains, installation of sanitary sewers, force mains, manholes, pavement replacement, bollards, dewatering, groundwater control system, and site restoration; electrical system updates; provide labor materials, equipment, and appurtenances for bypass pumping; in accordance with the plans and specifications. Complete in place. The deadline to ask questions is 10/11/2023 10:00 AM CST. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
