HCMUD No. 157 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Contractor to furnish all required labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances including cleaning, blasting and recoating of existing on-site chemical pump room, piping, and all appurtenances and temporary relocation of equipment; Remove and replace gutter system and fans in chemical pump room; Drain and clean Digestor Basins No. 1-5 and replace tubular diffusers with disk diffusers; Remove and replace WAS Pumps No. 1-3; Remove and replace RAS Pumps No. 1-3; Remove and replace meter screens at Pump Station; and install canopy, chain-link fence including double swing and pedestrian gates around chemical storage as shown on plans; Complete in Place. The Owner reserves the to reject any or all bids. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
