UNICOR intends to enter into a one (1) base year with four (4) option year teaming agreement for construction. The solicitation number is SV0133-23. Delivery date requested is 30 days for each delivery order. . Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a multiple award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, FCI Memphis: Josh Hassler (joshua.hassler2@usdoj.gov.). The subject of the email should reference SV0133-23. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items, and for the same scope of solicitation. All Offerors must register on www.sam.gov All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a teaming agreement resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. Questionnaire based on similar Federal Government Performance) - Capability Statement: to include capacity and resources available - Key Personnel: (Bio. And Resume to Submit) - Provide documentation that demonstrates ability to attract federal business and successfully perform federal contracts.
