Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fairview Park, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work contemplated under this contract is the removal and replacement of existing tennis and basketball courts. The work contemplated shall include the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies for such other work as is herein described and in accordance with any contract drawing Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. Each bid must contain the full name of every person, persons, or company interested in same and be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Fairview Park, or a certified check or cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in Cuyahoga County, made payable to the City of Fairview Park in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as prescribed in Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. The City of Fairview Park reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all proposals or to award a contract which in its judgment is in the best interest of the City of Fairview Park, Ohio.
