Reference Number 0000256459 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/28 02:00:00 PM CDT The scope of work for this Project is to provide project management services for the planning, contract administration and overall management of the construction of the proposed 100 Lot Subdivision in TCN. The detail of the subdivision development plan and specifications are included for reference. The time period to develop the entire subdivision will be phased into three fiscal years. Scope items include but are not limited to: Provide consultation to the First Nation on technical matters pertaining to the design revision if any and construction of project. Assist and take part in the contractor selection for the project. Provide oversight on the consultant and the contractor overall services, progress, schedule, and budget. The subdivision development drawings and specifications are provided for scope reference. A Class "A" construction cost estimate is provided The actual scope of work shall be developed in the project phases with the concurrence of the Project Team. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
