Separate Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: Site Work SC-2- Bleacher and Press Box Provide and install home bleachers, press box and visitor bleachers at the Ross High School. Approximate Construction Cost – $1,000,000.00 - $1,800,000.00 As bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders The Owner reserves the right to reject as “informal” any and all Bids which, in its opinion, are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or contain irregularities of any kind.
