CRP 2032 Safety Program - Bridge Guardrail Retrofit All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid. proposal deposit in the form of a Surety Bond, Cash, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The Proposal Bond shall be on DOT Form 272-001A Revised 05/13 for Local Agency Use. Should, the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Mason County. Safety Program - Bridge Guardrail Retrofit, CRP 2032 (Range $350,000 to $450,000 The board of mason county commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to contract as to the best interest of Mason County. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
