The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Delta Community Developers Corp. (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Authority") are seeking proposals from qualified Contractors or individuals for As-Needed General Construction Services for various location projects within the County of San Joaquin, California. The Authority intends to form a pool of Contractors to draw from on an as-needed basis and retains the right to contract with any Contractor resulting from this RFP. The initial term of the contract is one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewals (up to a five-year maximum term). All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the website by 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 19, 2023. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding. The Authority encourages participation by certified HUD Section 3 businesses, as well as, minority-owned and women-owned businesses, and disabled veteran business enterprises.
