Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manteca, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes demolition or modification of existing fencing, and gates, irrigation system, pavement, piping, and recreational facilities and the installation of new concrete pavement, sewer manholes, GAC treatment vessels, piping, valving, lighting, instrumentation, landscaping, and other work required for the completion of the project. Question Deadline: 10/11/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Bid guarantee in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid dollar amount and conforming to the prescribed bidding procedures is required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, as well as a Faithful Performance Bond, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. All bonds submitted shall be from admitted sureties. Project shall have Substantial Completion within 320 calendar days and Final Completion within 360 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to make any awards or any rejections in what it alone considers to be in the best interest of the City; and waive any irregularities in the bids.
