Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a detention facility; for the demolition of a detention facility; for the renovation of a detention facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; and detention facility.
The work includes relocation of the existing generator and associated electrical infrastructure, an addition of approximately 556 sq. ft. to the existing building, furnishing and installing new domestic hot water heaters pumps and associated piping, removal of the existing water heaters, and furnishing, installing a new water filtration and disinfection system, and associated electrical systems. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or Bid Bond written in conformance with state law. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance, Maintenance and Payment Bond on a form provided by the Parish and written in accordance with state law. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for just cause and to waive any informalities and technicalities. The Parish of Caddo shall incur no obligation to the Contractor until the Contract between Owner and Contractor is fully executed. P+A #5-001-1803-014
