Box 227, Shawneetown, IL 62984 or via email to cityofshawneetown@gmail.com. The Contractor Shall Not Pay Less Than The Prevailing Rates of Wages to All Laborers, Workmen, and Mechanics Performing Work Under This Contract and Shall Comply With the Illinois Wage of Employee on Public Works The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the City.
