As of March 4, 2024, the project has been awarded and construction is expected to commence shortly, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Pipestone Concessions Building Est. Completion Date: April 15, 2024 Construction Documents and Project Manual describe general construction of the concessions and restroom building. The work includes, but is not limited to, site work and excavation, cast-in-place concrete, wood framing, roof structure and covering, interior partitions, interior finishes, restroom fixtures and accessories, plumbing piping and equipment, lighting, and electrical systems.
