The scope of work involves the installation of an Aluminum-framed storefront with a glass curtain wall system at the SUNY Upstate Medical University 2W Cafeteria. The project aims to provide an aesthetically pleasing and functional exterior enclosure for the cafeteria, meeting all specified specifications and requirements. Conduct a detailed site inspection at SUNY Upstate Medical University 2W Cafeteria to assess existing conditions and identify any modifications or challenges required to meet the specified specifications. Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure proper integration of the Aluminum-framed storefront system with the building. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 120 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk throughs will be provided. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
