Wastewater System Improvements a. Replacement of 2 manholes. b. Rehabilitation of 17 manholes. c. Repair of 4 manholes. d. Point repairs of 3 manholes. e. Pump station improvements for 5 pump stations. f. Miscellaneous appurtenances, construction entrances and erosion control methods. After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract. This Project is expected to be funded at 100% of the total project cost of$1,645,000 including engineering and contingencies up to $1,645,000 which will be financed with federal money through a loan from the State of North Carolina's State Revolving Fund. Any amount exceeding $1,645,000 will be financed by the Owner.
