This project is at the Black Hills National Forest, Mystic Ranger District Office at 8221 Mount Rushmore Road, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota 57702. The Mystic Office is approximately 27,438 gross square feet in size. Contractor shall verify the size of the attic space. The original fiberglass batt insulation shall remain in . Access to the attic is via exterior stairs and a bi-leaf door. Wooden walkways provide access through the attic. Work shall be performed in attic area above occupied government work space. : Total Small Business - (FAR 19.5). Task Order: This is a Request for (RFQ).
