The City is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, labor, and equipment for the FY 2024 BRIDGE MAINTENANCE project. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, grading, patching, painting, cleaning and sealing deck joints, constructing and extending concrete encasements, repairing undermining, placement of rip rap, re-encasing piles, repair spalling, and related work. We require bid bond equal to 5% of Grand Total bid price as listed in the ITB 24-008 Schedule of Items. A bid bond form has been supplied as a separate document for you to download and have completed by your surety. Return the completed bid bond to us as a separate document
