Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Duluth, Minnesota. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Clearing of trees on the Nordic Trail at Spirit Mountain, and apply protection to trees not being removed. The 0.8km loop and Alternate 1 will need to be completed by November 17, 2023. The rest of the project will need to be completed before March 31, 2024. Please submit any questions regarding this project via e-mail . Responses will be sent to all invited suppliers/contractors. The City of Duluth reserves the right to split the award where there is a substantial savings to the City, to waive informalities and to reject any and/or all quotes. Price may not be the only consideration for award. Quotes must be firm for a minimum of 30 days. Prevailing wages must be paid on this project. The most recent wage decision is attached. The awarded contractor will be required to submit performance and payments bonds in the full amount of the project cost prior to award cost is over $100,000.00.
