Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide GSU - Piedmont North Boiler Replacement to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Direct replacement of Aerco Innovation 1060 hot water boiler ser. #G-13-2260 located in Piedmont North - Building A. Direct replacement of Aerco Innovation 1060 hot water boiler ser. #G-12-0171 located in Piedmont North - Building B. NOTE: CO Monitors and emergency shutoff buttons are to be installed at each point of egress Please provide pricing to include equipment, materials, and labor necessary for installation. Provide a full scope of work to include: - Shutdown, lockout/tagout existing Aerco boilers. - Disconnect line voltage and any controls. - Valve off the gas line and bleed excess gas. - Disconnect gas line. - Valve off inlet/outlet water and drain. - Disconnect water lines. - Remove and dispose of the existing boiler properly. - Provide (1) new INN 1060N Aerco boiler. - Provide and install (1) a new Aerco condensate neutralizer kit. - Install new sequencing valve. - Modify existing PVC venting as needed for installation. - Coordinate electrical work as needed. - Confirm existing valves are in good working condition. - Start up boilers and verify proper operation with GSU facilities representative.
